What is your favorite thing about working at the school?: Making healthy meals for day student house in the community and teaching the Bridge Program students how to prep and cook food.

What is a memorable event/moment that means a lot to you?: Seeing students’ pride in learning new kitchen skills. I even hear from parents about students helping to make food at home for the first time! 

What do you hope for the school year?: Moving into a healthy spring menu and continuing to explore all the possibilities of pickling with the Bridge Program students!
