We are excited to share our latest Staff Profile: Toni, a paraprofessional at the Transition Program at Beaver Farm. Here’s what she told us about her time at the school:

I work at Foxfield Flowers in morning and in the afternoon, I run a small daily living skills crew. I started at Camphill in 2020 smack in the middle of COVID. It was an interesting time to start – all houses were separated, and I really didn’t see how the community worked until the next school year.

My favorite thing about Beaver Farm is working in nature. The farm is beautiful. I also like meeting new coworkers and students every school year.

A memorable moment that I really enjoy is holy week. I like doing a big community land work project in spring every year. At the end of the week, it is satisfying to look back and see all the hard work that has been done.
